Why should I share my templates?
If you are a business or similar, it is useful to be able to share your “Ant Text Classic” templates with colleagues. This will ensure brand and communication consistency.
Moreover, Ant Text Classic feature “Share Templates” will let you share any or all your folders with your co-workers. Further, this will ensure consistency throughout your company.
How can I share my templates?
Ant Text Classic stores all your templates in a main folder on your computer.
To find it, open Outlook Classic and go to:
ANT TEXT ▶ Configuration ▶ Settings ▶ License key

The main folder is named Ant Text folder which is your “template hub”. To share it with others, simply place the Ant Text folder in a shared location so every Windows machine can access it.
We recommend using a cloud drive for easy syncing:
Point all users to the Ant Text folder location in their Ant Text settings.
