What can I use an OOO mail for?
Use the Ant Text Out of Office feature for when you are going on a vacation or a business trip. This way you can make sure that you will not be disturbed, and your clients will get an email notifying that you will get back to them as soon as possible.
Moreover, you can redirect the client to any of your coworkers, in case they cannot get hold of you. This way the client will not need to wait for you to return.
Additionally, you can add some hyperlinks in the email to your support pages or tutorial videos. That way, if a client has any technical issues, they can easily look in your support page or videos to get the help they need.
Be clear in the email when you are planning to get back, so they can expect to get an email back from you as soon as you come back.
By using the Ant Text OOO feature, you will make sure your email will look professional. Further, you will make it easier for a client to be able to get the help they need.
Ant Text automatic messages
Ant Text has a feature that will let you easily add a template as your Away from work template and to turn on or off the OOO feature.
Create a new email and open the Ant Text panel. Open the template that you want to display in the out of office email, or create a new one.
First, go to “Settings” and “Out of Office“.
Then, click on the toggle that’s called “Send automatic Out of Office replies“.
Another toggle, “Only send during a defined time range“, will appear. If you just want to turn on the OOO feature without a time frame, click on the “Update Settings” button. This will turn on your OOO feature on.
In case you know when your time off will start and end, you can check the second toggle, “Only send during a defined time range“. Afterwards, add your time range (remember to add the start date, time, end date and time) and then click on the “Update Settings” button.
